Shamanism has much to offer those seeking personal knowledge and emotional and spiritual maturity. Shamanism & Personal Transformation teaches us how to work with our spirit helpers and in ordinary reality to transform personal attitudes, emotions, and blocks to living a fulfilled and inspired life. Exercises are provided to help participants see and move beyond personal limitations to a centered and compassionate state of being. In so doing, we bring these qualities into the world to the benefit and ultimate transformation of our Earth and its inhabitants.

This workshop offers practical methods to gain and apply wisdom from the spirits to your personal life:
- Reconnect with your soul's purpose and discover your role in the larger context of our world
- Practice applying shamanic divination/journeying methods to personal issues using a standard problem-solving process
- Uncover personal attitudes and emotions that block and limit personal growth and wholeness
- Use shamanic divination to discover how to move beyond your limitations to live a compassionate and transformative life

Please meet either the in-person prerequisites or the online prerequisites.

What to Expect
- All FSS workshops and training programs are experiential, interactive, and participatory. They feature instruction and practice with shamanic methodologies, as well as journeywork, shamanic drumming, group sharing, and small group discussions.
Notes
- 14 FSS Continuing Education (CE) Credits are available.
- Completion of this workshop with an authorized FSS faculty member qualifies participants to take more advanced FSS workshops. NOTE: You must complete all sessions of this workshop to get credit and to meet prerequisites required for more advanced workshops. Please arrange your schedule so that you can be present at all sessions of the training.
- Electronic recording, including audio, video, photographic or otherwise, is not permitted during the workshop.

Zoom Videoconferencing Instructions
Online workshops presented by the FSS are interactive and delivered using Zoom video conferencing. All students must participate individually with audio and video enabled. Before your workshop begins, you will receive details from the instructor for joining the Zoom meeting. Before the workshop, select a private, comfortable location where you are unlikely to be disturbed. Please consider the use of headphones or earbuds for an enhanced audio experience, and the use of a computer or tablet for an enhanced video experience.
