Offering trauma informed in-person and distance work. Using a holistic approach for clients to process life experiences and their embodiment by supporting awareness, presence and balance within the nervous system. Sessions using various sound and vibrational modalities are also offered to create a safe, caring space encouraging client focused intention to regain their potential of energetic, emotional and physical resonance. Completed all Healing and Knowledge Series of the FSS in-person trainings. Graduate of the Advanced Three Year programme. Additional trainings - Diplomas in Integral Sound Healing for Groups& 1:1 sessions. Continued advanced gong, tuning fork and sound healing trainings with Dr John Beaulieu. Offering meditation and mindfulness facilitation with Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village community since 2016. Professional training in Gabor Mate's psychotherapeutic Compassionate Inquiry approach, 2024/5. Undertaking 3 year training in Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing embodied trauma healing approach 2025-28& Linda Thai's Certificate of Somatic Embodiment& Regulation.
