Elena Papagiannopoulou
Asunción, Asunción, ParaguayI am a Medical Anthropologist and Trauma-Informed Energy Practitioner integrating nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and shamanic energy medicine. My academic background informs my understanding of how culture, trauma, and inherited patterns shape the body and autonomic nervous system. My work is experiential and body-centered, supporting clients in moving beyond chronic stress responses and restoring internal coherence. I am trained through the Four Winds Society and have extensive experience participating in advanced shamanic programs with Sandra Ingerman. These teachings inform my grounded and ethical approach to ancestral healing and spiritual practice. I also incorporate the ancient Greek lyre as a therapeutic sound element to facilitate regulation, presence, and expanded awareness. My approach bridges modern knowledge and ancient wisdom and complements — but does not replace — medical or psychological care within a holistic path of embodied transformation.
