KASIA is a Sound and Breathwork Practitioner, Shamanic Guide, Sponsoring member Foundation for Shamanic Studies and Ethereal Music Producer. Kasia merges her musical background with her dedication to deep healing, creating her own frequencies to guide individuals through deeply healing experiences. Kasia founded Mystic Meditations in 2023, offering sound therapy, breathwork, shamanic practices, private sessions, corporate events, retreats, courses, and an upcoming online platform. Kasia plans to launch Universal Being Breathwork in late 2024, an advanced breathwork & sound technique incorporating binaural beats and specific sound frequencies to help participants access deep meditative states, open the subconscious, release limiting beliefs, reprogram toxic patterns and enable neuroplasticity.
